- BBBeth BrownJan 31, 20261.0I went to this facility last Saturday January 24. Labs were obtained at that visit. A Prescription was dependent on these results. I was told to call on Monday if I had not heard from this provider. I called and was told " we are still waiting for these results". Final results were sent to the patient portal on Friday January 28. This provider still has not looked att or addressed these results. Her attitude was very dismissive when I called in 2 times this week about this issue. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend this provider at all!! Kene Fall. During my in person visit she sat in the corner staring at the computer never made eye contact with me during the entire interaction.

- DFdeanna faucettJun 8, 20211.0I went in today to be seen around 12:30ish. Got told that they were on a bit of a wait and the computer when I signed in for a spot to be seen it said 55 mins. No biggie. The nurse came up to me after I signed in saying they were about to go to lunch and they would call me at 2:15 when they came back. Never got the call so I called at 2:30 and was told by a different nurse that they were on a 4 hour wait and I would have to wait to be seen till after the 4 hour mark unless they had a cancellation. Well I never got the call at 6. So I called them back again at 6:30 and no one answered.
- DJDaniel JunkerJan 20, 20142.0My mother went there when she wasn't feeling good. She was the next in line when an employee of Kroger came in with her son. The visible computer screen showed her first then the employee and her son were next. The doctor called the employee and her son first and made my mother wait 40 more minutes. When my mother asked the doctor why that happened she told her she didn't know my mother was there, and that she couldn't see the same computer screen. So if you are going there hope that an employee or someone the doctor knows dosn't come in while your waiting. She doesn't seem to care at all to make paying customers wait while her friends go first.
