- TBT BubbleDec 31, 20255.0I had an appointment today and I was completely satisfied. I didn’t catch the assistance name, but she was welcoming with a smile. Austin, NP was amazing! He was thorough and informative. He was helpful and listened to my concerns! I would highly recommend this location!!

Despite going in for something unrelated, she lectured me on my blood pressure being elevated, refused to believe that it is never this high when I visit my PCP, and instructed me on how to check it daily because it’s a silent killer. She spoke to me like I must be uneducated and acted surprised that I did not need a work note. Using this clinic may have saved me some time in seeing a doctor, but it was the worst experience. Don’t waste your time here, try a different clinic or visit your usual PCP.
- AFAmy F.Dec 30, 20243.0I mean, wasn't expecting the highest quality care as it is a minute clinic. I would say nurse practitioner was a bit abrupt and didn't check all my vitals I think she thought I was a bit of a hypochondriac. I was so sick with a virus like with Covid in 2022 and what ever I got I Florida last Xmas. She said my symptoms were probably worse because I was anxious. I was so congested that it kept me up all night and felt short of breath. So covid test and flu test were negative. She briefly looked down my throat, but She didn't look in my ears Then she recommended a cold medicine which has the same ingredients as Mucinex which I had told her I had at home. I'm not sure with the device that they stuck on my if it measured my oxygen, temperature and blood pressure? I was only if o2 was normal. So concerning, but what other options do you have that's this quick? I suppose try another minute clinic.
