- BBBeth BrownJan 31, 20261.0I went to this facility last Saturday January 24. Labs were obtained at that visit. A Prescription was dependent on these results. I was told to call on Monday if I had not heard from this provider. I called and was told " we are still waiting for these results". Final results were sent to the patient portal on Friday January 28. This provider still has not looked att or addressed these results. Her attitude was very dismissive when I called in 2 times this week about this issue. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend this provider at all!! Kene Fall. During my in person visit she sat in the corner staring at the computer never made eye contact with me during the entire interaction.

I drive up to the little clinic, only to have a young lady unapologetically tell me that they are closed, and that there was literally no way to notify me a head of time. She said that I could cancel my appointment or reschedule. Did not reschedule, will not go back. This company/service is a sad example of the way things are becoming everywhere.
