- MGMary GyevatDec 21, 20254.0My first eye examination resulted in the wrong prescription and 3 additional visits to the store to pick up glasses, have eye glasses inspected, and then to have a re-examination. Frustrated with the wasted time but I will say that the customer service at the store was great and I got re-examined free of charge and refunded for the glasses.

I am very disappointed in the lack of transparency and integrity with insurance benefits and out of pocket expenses. There was no heads up provided on the "small print" for my insurance coverage in regards to a contact fitting (even though my vision benefits had bren confirmed). It wasn't until after the exam was completed and payment was being discussed that office provided the fine details that my vision insurance benefits weren't clearly accepted. And I was given a simple sorry as they ran my credit card. Unfortunately, despite previous visits, I wont be a pearl vision customer any longer.

This wonderful practice is simply amazing. I came in feeling a little down because it was my first visit, but left smiling, and feeling confident that I made the right choice for my eye care! I'm not good with names but I'll try, I think her name was Moezek, she is the young doctor who took care of me, long dark hair, she looked like she just came out of high school although, she's been doing this for five years now. I was very impressed the way she went through the photos of my eyes. She was very thorough as well as answered all my questions. I know that she would do very well with children! They have a nice selection of glasses. Allison helped me find just the perfect pair for me. I did remember her name because we're both cat lovers lol Located by Jungle Jim's, a handy location! Thank you once again Pearle Vision!
