  Appointment was at 3:00 PM, I checked in early at 2:40 PM — yet waited over two hours before seeing a doctor who seemed rushed and barely had time to listen. It’s frustrating how patients and parents are expected to sacrifice work hours, time, and fuel just to sit and wait while staff chat in the halls and scroll through TikTok. Respecting people’s time is part of patient care, too — something this location seriously needs to work on.

  They are a teaching hospital and everything takes forever here because of it. It is more about them teaching their employees and learning on you vs teaching you anything at all. My babies first appointment here was almost 4 hours long while they brought everyone in the room to watch me breast feed with a nipple guard and looked at me as if they were examining specimen, it was just to weird and rude. If you do go here then you need to specify that you don’t want to be a experiment and you want what needs to be done to get done and to get in and out of there or you will be in there for forever. My mom/grandma was getting highly aggravated as well as she has 6 kids and has never been to a first time appointment for that long.

  Never answers/responds to nurse line calls so if your medication is ever messed up your basically screwed bc no one will pick up the phone.
