Tonya was wonderful! I am a real tough stick and have had to go to multiple labs just to find someone who could get my blood. She made me feel comfortable and before I knew it, done! No bruising at all. I live in Maineville so it's a bit of a trip, but I'll gladly make it for the same experience I had today. Very much appreciated, Tonya!

I would not recommend this Quest Diagnostics or Quest Diagnostics in general. The website is not user friendly and calling on the phone gets you to an automated system. There is no way to talk to an actual person at all. It took multiple tries to even book an appointment at this location. While I was very early for my appointment, I will acknowledge this, Quest does say walk ins are welcome. I arrive and no one is there. 15 minutes later someone arrives and checks in for their appointment and a lady appears right away and calls her back. Two more people arrive to check in but the second one is having problems with the kiosk. So when the lady comes to take the next client the third asked for help and the lady rudely told her she was to early for her appointment and could not check in. The kiosk was having issues. I had to help the client check in for her appointment while the lab tech kept aggressively telling the patient they were to early. The client was able to check after I assisted her. I had been checked in as an early walk in for my appointment and been here for an hour at this point. At one point the lab tech came out and rudely with a raised voice stated that they had no times available for walk ins today and that we should have scheduled appointments if we wanted to be seen and said we needed to leave and schedule for another day. When another lab tech came out, I tried to politely get her attention and she refused to even acknowledge ne until the last second when she looked at me turned around and closed the door. The behavior of these two staff techs was extremely rude and unprofessional towards me and towards the other clients. I will not be going back.

I went in for a urinalysis, and asked for a hat for the toilet. I was told that "only 100 year olds should need a hat" which seemed kind of rude. She didn't know my situation (just had a full hysterectomy last week, and I have a very painful UTI with barely any urine output), and I wanted to make sure I had enough urine for the test.

First time I had blood drawn, there was a problem with one of the vials making it unusable and no one really had a clear explanation of why. I'd give that 0 stars. Went in for the redraw and my experience with Teresa was 10 stars so I'll average that out and call it 5. Still wish Quest was more clear and communicative with me about what happened. When you call their number, you get a general line so reaching someone to find out what you need is super hard.
