    Nothing is ever on time. When I call no one answers so I leave a voicemail. I left a voicemail last thursday for a prescription refill and it wasnt ready on Saturday or even in process. No one calls back, the text messages dont come through anymore. They want everything to be ordered through the mail order thing but those aren't even on time. Everyone is super slow, the associates argue with customers and show disrespect if they go to someone else for help. Went to pick up prescription today that I called about LAST THURSDAY and its still not ready. Always a line that takes 30 mins to an hour.

    Refuse to use drive through soooo slow. I have been there several times and be over 10 people in line, employees will never offer to help nor there be only one working counter and not ask for help. Several times come in even after text saying ready and told it will be 20 to 30 minutes so go shop. I did not come to shop just want to walk in and pick up meds. Customer service is very poor. Most people come to pharmacy because sick or family member sick needs to work as if they understand that. Sorry so negative but they don't act like are in any urgency for the customer, more like doing you a favor to wait on you.
