  I was present as a support person during my husband’s appointment and was never acknowledged or introduced to by any staff or by the dentist (Dr. Luna). This made the experience uncomfortable and unprofessional. Additionally, when requesting my husband’s dental records while he was physically present next to me, front desk staff and one nurse (unsure of title) questioned why we wanted the records and gave pushback until I stated that we are legally entitled to them. This was our second negative interaction with this practice. The lack of basic professional courtesy and the dentist/owner completely disregarding my presence may be the final factor in our decision to move my husband to a different dental practice. Based on our experiences, I would not recommend this office.

  Dr Gray is outstanding along with his entire staff. Very professional and caring office staff.
