  Everyone was friendly and polite! Dr. Sam Long is a great doctor and I’m glad she’s my new PCP. The lab tech was very sweet and gentle. I’m afraid of needles, and have small veins, and her calming presence helped me to stay calm.

  I called this office today for an update on meds since MY primary doctor Doc.Tran is nolonger there as of January.Got some unprofessional new lazy lady name Tracie who knows nothing of my history or what she was doing when it came to my chart and the care I'd been receiving the last four years I've been in the Kettering network Unprofessional Tracie looked over my concern while trying to assign me a doc against my will...I have good insurance and I will be dropping this office and the whole hacked Kettering network...I definitely will be contacting the office management to inform them of my horrible experience today 07/11/25 with Tracie.I don't want another loyal patient going through this unspeakable nightmare Congratulations to Doc Tran for getting out before it all fell apart...She was the best physician there.UPDATE:Ghetto unprofessional Tracy was reported to the office management named Candice.and I've also decided to cut all ties to the KHN and I've already joined another network for primary care.

  Front desk staff is very friendly and professional. The Doctor we see is very informative and listens to concerns. The nurse is super nice and welcoming. A very clean place with large waiting area, nicely decorated & arranged atmosphere. Has to get 2 blood draws here as well & Tiffany the hematologist was absolutely wonderful. Nothing but kind things to report about this health center :)

  Love this place have been taking all my kids here for years to see doctor foster best doctor ever but I'm always early for my appointment and 7/12/22 and 11/01/22 the same check in lady was so rude to me and my daughter like why if you hate ur job get out of the field for real I didn't ask for you attitude at all
