The Little Clinic is located right inside your neighborhood grocery store. Our board-certified nurse practitioners and physician assistants can diagnose and treat minor illnesses, administer vaccines, provide physicals and much more! Plus, we are open 7 days a week and we take most insurance plans.
Made an appointment for vaccinations online for day of. There was no one at the check-in desk and the kiosk for checking in was down, so I took a seat in the waiting room. When the provider came out from seeing a patient, she asked if I had an appointment and I informed I did, pulling up the email confirmation. She told me she wasn’t seeing anymore patients and that I would have to reschedule for another day. If I can make the appointment, the provider should see me considering I had to waste my time and gas getting here.

I walked in, as this states clearly this is a walk in clinic, and the lady was super rude. Saying they dont have appointments. Since when did you have to? I've never had to before. She scoffed when I said I'd wait to see if one opened up. Be better you work in customer service, with people who are already not feeling well. Also, it's 3 days before Christmas. I suggest getting someone who isn't going to be rude to patients. Like get a life or get a job where you aren't rude. Mind you there is no one waiting in the waiting room

Went to the little clinic today for my son. I have been in the past and had great experience. He has a bad sore throat and has PANDAS, started developing symptoms that were evident of a flare up so he needed antibiotics ASAP. The provider Mrs. Watson was awful. Very condescending, tried to talk down to me like I didn't know what i was talking about. She had it in her mind once I stated he needed antibiotics that she wasn't giving him any. Looked at hos throat and said his tonsils werent swollen and even asked if i wanted to look...like she has a power trip....My son said the swab never touched his throat that she swabbed his tongue and she declared the test was negative after about 3 min. I work in Healthcare so im not an idiot but she tried to talk to me like I was about 10. I also know from exporience that those test can be false negative more times than not and she wouldn't even consider sending off. Very disappointed.

I went to the little clinic today for a strep test because I knew I had strep I just needed the test to get the antibiotics and I have a condition called PANDAS and it is triggered by strep so I need the antibiotics so I don't have a flare up and I went to get the test and she swabed my tongue not even my throat and then when she put the swab in the test she threw it away after 3 minutes when the fastest it comes back is normally 10 minutes so its obviously not gonna be positive yet. Such a waste of money now we have to go to the normal doctor to get the test and get the antibiotics that I need.
