- KVKate VossNov 26, 20252.0This first woman I spoke to, maybe Shelby, was nice. I explained to her that I was from out of state and filling a prescription from a telehealth visit because I was sick. All is good. Called back an hour later to check on status and a very rude man said there was nothing under my name, snapped back at me when I tried to spell my last name stating that is was a “very common last name”. Finally figured it out and he told me that I should have began the call by stating that I was from Florida. Prescriptions were ready, drove there and proceeded to to the same thing again with them telling me I had nothing on file. I am pretty sure it was the same guy is spoke to on the phone. Not sure why everyone is so miserable but I now know why this place has a 2.4 star Google score.

I had been there in the little clinic and decide to go to Cincinnati and pick my prescription up upon my return. Well the young men wanted to play a power move in telling me I was in the wrong line after waiting 10 mins for him to get off the phone. I thought customer s from the little clinic did not have to wait. 10 mins for him to get off the phone just to tell me I hat too wait in another line with four or five customer in.on!
