  This first woman I spoke to, maybe Shelby, was nice. I explained to her that I was from out of state and filling a prescription from a telehealth visit because I was sick. All is good. Called back an hour later to check on status and a very rude man said there was nothing under my name, snapped back at me when I tried to spell my last name stating that is was a “very common last name”. Finally figured it out and he told me that I should have began the call by stating that I was from Florida. Prescriptions were ready, drove there and proceeded to to the same thing again with them telling me I had nothing on file. I am pretty sure it was the same guy is spoke to on the phone. Not sure why everyone is so miserable but I now know why this place has a 2.4 star Google score.

  I was not feeling great. kroger's pharmacy wanted to play hrames on which line you are required to stand in. I had been there in the little clinic and decide to go to Cincinnati and pick my prescription up upon my return. Well the young men wanted to play a power move in telling me I was in the wrong line after waiting 10 mins for him to get off the phone. I thought customer s from the little clinic did not have to wait. 10 mins for him to get off the phone just to tell me I hat too wait in another line with four or five customer in.on!

  Very very slow whether in store or drive thru. We've transferred from Alex Bell Kroger to Englewood our medications have been messed up since. Very disheartening attitudes (at times) as well. We receive texts medications are they never are ready when I get there stating they won't be ready til next day. My boyfriend has had to go 7 days without blood pressure medication because they couldn't "find" the prescription even though the Dr office had called them in. UNACCEPTABLE!

  Love this pharmacy. Whenever I need them they are there. Plenty of times where communication with my doctor caused problems. They always solved them quickly.
