On the morning of 10/22/2025 he was popping zits on his shoulder in the mirror across from the cable machines. I complained about this guy before and was told “he’s a little weird.” Same thing everyday since. Yeah, I’m done with this place.

I have a six year old that they never had a problem with coming into the gym with me but there is one in particular employee who threw a fit like it was going to effect him. Offering for my child to sit in the lobby.... I'm sorry but I do not just leave my child. The biggest problem I have is that there is just a ton of inconsistencies to their "rules". If he isn't allowed, fine, but make that the standard. If not, then the employee needs to be reprimanded because it caused me to cancel my membership. Update: It's funny that you have that "policy" as then very very few of your staff actually abide by it. I would suggest a memo or policy review in place as this has not been the practice of this facility in at least two years. I have brought both my six and eleven year old on several occasions along with even the staff saying that my child this past time could wait in the lobby. Once again, I state that the Elyria branch has gone significantly downhill.
