- RGR GDec 15, 20251.0Went there for years. Dr. Ferguson is nice but a mediocre physician at best. His PAs were great and were the only reason I stayed as long as I did. The staff is rude and lazy except for a few. One medical assistant fudged my blood pressure readings every time she took it. It was pure laziness. I finally found a new PCP and it's been wonderful.

Sending loved ones to the hospital due to poor care and more worried about getting people in and out then quality of service. I wouldn't recommend.

But I know that they're usually behind because they take the time with each person to go over everything and make sure all of their concerns are addressed. I don't mind waiting because I know that they're taking the time with whomever is in there just like I hope they'll do for myself. She's always been very up front with me like a mom would. I've never felt mistreated or brushed over. I cant imagine anyone else as my GP.
