- GDGary DouglasDec 18, 20255.0My mother had gone to Dr. Suzanne Leach for years. Mom would always say how nice she and her staff were. Somewhere around 2012 I was talking with my neighbor who was spreading fertilizer for his grass. He happened to take a handful and throw it down in my location and the wind blew it right into my eyes. I called Dr Leach’s office and then the emergency number on recording. Dr Leach came into her office after hours to handle my emergency. She treated me and was able to get my eyes back to normal. I have continued to see Dr Leach and her staff from that point on. They have always been very nice, professional, and willing to help me with any eye care needs. There was one other time when I experienced a vitriol detachment on a Saturday while out of state. I was coming home the next day and she met me at her office on a Sunday to take care of me. I would highly recommend Dr Leach, along with the rest of her staff. April has helped me for years pick out my glasses and handles all the insurance, etc. I was there for my annual visit today and picked out new frames along with a new prescription and I am very happy. Looking forward to my new glasses coming in. 😊
- CECurtis EmrickSep 27, 20211.0I'm writing because my wife is to nice of a person,..but she is fed-up as well. This is the worst run eyecare business I have ever seen or heard of. First thing is,...today is 9/27 and my wife's initial appt was in Feb...yes February!! My wife just needs 1 contact, but you can't explain that to them. If you want a Colette runaround with nothing accplished,..then go to this Mickey Mouse setup.
- SHsandra hickeySep 16, 20205.0Excellent care by the staff and Dr. Leach. Very thorough exam using state of the art equipment as well as a detailed exam by Dr. Leach. At the end of the exam all the results were covered in detail. I left with a complete understanding of why my vision had changed rather suddenly. I was also given a wide variety of frames to choose from as well as my contacts. You will be seen as a person and not a number like some of the big box stores. I highly recommend their services.
