- NPNyne phillipsApr 30, 20211.0I was seen today (4/30/2021) . I informed staff up front that I would be self pay, no insurance, and that cost of exam was an important factor. I was told the exam would be "around" $150. At checkout, I was reassured that my price had been discounted, they had not charged for "extra services" , so imagine my surprise at the bill being $209! Every inaccuracy I was quoted was blamed on "that person is out today" (cited about THREE different people). And even so, I didn't even receive the exam I had requested for contact lens! This left me without even enough to pay for glasses! This office WILL lie to you to secure your business.

At the end of the exam all the results were covered in detail. I left with a complete understanding of why my vision had changed rather suddenly. I was also given a wide variety of frames to choose from as well as my contacts. You will be seen as a person and not a number like some of the big box stores. I highly recommend their services.
