  They advertise walk-ins, but on two separate occasions I was told to make an appointment instead. I then scheduled an appointment online, only to be told when I arrived that they couldn’t see me.

  I made an appointment for a simple procedure, earwax removal. One ear was completely blocked. Maria (or Marie? Sorry if I'm getting the name wrong) was excellent, asked me the history and background of the situation and listened patiently. She then explained the procedure in detail and checked with me step by step during it to make sure all was going well. Every bit as much quality of service as you would get in a physician's office. The availability of this clinic is a godsend. I greatly appreciate this option and highly recommend them. Very convenient too.

  Came at 2:15 for a walk in visit. No one in waiting room no one waiting. Dr or nurse who was there was EXTREMELY rude and barely looked at me while I was standing there. Then told me if I need to be seen I need an appointment and there are no more until after 5pm. I pointed to the screen that said “no appointment no problem it’s a walk in”. She said you need an appointment. I said well there is no one here now and no one in the waiting room so can I be seen now. She said “no people will be coming then there will be people here”. Rude and ridiculous

  very rude receptionist , she insists on pushing tests you don’t need, i had sinus , even though told her i have no fever and no cough she insisted to do covid test , and she past the info to the practitioner which the experience was even worse , she asks me if i had fever 5 times . i was not happy with the service and staff attitude . very unpleasant and rude , definitely not coming back
