  I love this studio! No two classes are ever alike. If you’re looking for a good butt-kicking, attend one of Alice’s Hot Yoga classes. It’ll do the trick!

  My first Yoga6 class and I am hooked!! Heidi put on an amazing class which got my heart rate up for the majority of the class. At the end she slowed things down for a nice relaxing finish! This place is amazing. Staff are all friendly, clean environment, close free public parking, just a great experience!

  First session was hot yoga (not the smartest choice). That being said, it was so fun and rewarding to be a part of and participate. Alice was so encouraging and it was clear vibes were just to do your best and met yourself where you are at. Immediately signed up for more. Absolutely recommend!!

  I scheduled the Sculpt + Flow class on a whim. It kicked my butt, however was exactly what I was looking for. I’ve tried many training modalities, this was a great hour spent with great variety of movements and intensity is scalable. Will be back without a question. Pilar was the instructor and was great.

  Love YogaSix Dublin! Alexis is an awesome instructor of the Sunday morning Hot class. Very friendly staff and clean studio too.
