The glasses were unusable when I got them; the lenses were blurry. I just put them aside and continued using my old glasses. When I finally had time to ask them about a solution, they said the warranty had expired and I could only throw the glasses away. This is the worst optician's shop ever! I will never go there again, and I won't recommend it to any of my friends.

Both the doctor and Robin (the salesperson) were absolutely incredible — so patient, kind, and genuinely helpful. Robin took the time to help me pick out frames that fit perfectly and made sure I got the best possible deal. The doctor was just as amazing — super thorough and made the whole eye exam feel easy and comfortable. It’s rare to find such great service these days, but they really went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be coming back here for my next pair of glasses! 👓💯
