There appear to be significant issues with the Kroger hospital drive-through pharmacy, as they frequently offer excuses or cease operations before lunchtime. Consequently, multiple visits are required to collect the medication.

They are rude. They don’t know their job. They called me one time to ask why one of the prescriptions had to be put back, which I told them the day before they had given me two strength of one medicine from where one had been raised so I had to give them back the smaller one and tell them to put it back. they called me the next day and asked me why they had a prescription sitting there. I mean, what is going on over there then not to mention Eric the most rude disrespectful people I have ever talked to you ask them to just get your medicines in sync and they can’t even seem to handle that transfer out. Do not use this place run as fast as you can away from the nightmare.

- BBbarker233Mar 8, 20191.0Long lines, long wait times, and uninformed staff. Waited 10 minutes in line to be told it would be 30 minutes until it was ready. Waited in line again to be told the last person put the script in to be filled the next day, but they could get it ready in another 25 minutes. Waited another 25 minutes to be informed it still wasn’t ready and would be another 10 minutes. Script was never filled and I had the Cemetery Kroger’s transfer it to their store. Ready in 20 actual minutes, done. The Hospital Drive location continues to be poorly managed and just can’t compete.
