But the staff at this location has really gone above and beyond to help me secure specific brands of medications, get prescription transfers glitches ironed out over a holiday weekend when Walgreens took my script even though they were closed, and to answer my questions thoroughly and patiently. I feel bad that I’ve seen customers take out their frustration on staff here, but they’re laboring under difficult conditions and still delivering excellent service on the whole.

I just wanted to drop off my prescription but the lady at the counter told me, that I should wait in line to drop off the prescription, then I should wait for 2 hours until my prescription would be ready. By then the pharmacy would be closed. She was very unfriendly because I skipped the line. So I walked away and got my medication elsewhere. I can understand that they were overworked and understaffed. But a simple sign saying: „Sorry we can’t help you tonight with new incoming prescriptions“ would have done the job.
