- MJMichael JenkinsJan 31, 20261.0I had a terrible experience with the practitioner today. His demeanor was condescending and he blamed me. He said my insurance was not valid and said he couldn't help me. I asked he to look again and he really couldn't care less...he didn't even give me the option to pay out of pocket until I suggested it. Then he told me I couldn't go back with my wife because he wasn't comfortable with me when I was just trying to get him to understand my point. I won't go back.

They told me I had a common cold anddrimk some pedialite and I will be fine to go to work. They kept whispering to each other right in front of me. Very bizarre. Luckily I was able to make an appointment with my Doctor the following day. I was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection bordering on pneumonia. Dont waste your time with these clowns.This review is for The Kroger on Houk.
- CFCari FloehrJun 16, 20221.0I had a 2:20 appointment today that I had made online this morning. (I only went there because my family doc wasn’t in the office today and was booked up tomorrow). Nurse shows up after her lunch and checks me in stating the NP was still at lunch. The NP shows up after 2:30, does a quick check and says it’s viral and says to gargle with salt water. This is the second time I’ve gone in with sinus/throat infection and it is misdiagnosed. I don’t want to wait 7-10 days to “ride out” what she thinks is viral. My throat is so sore I can hardly swallow and there are white spots all over it. It was a complete waste of my time and I will not go back.
