  So far I have not been pleased with Quest Diagnostics. My PCP at Ohio health sends in standing orders for two different routine labs and they often miss the second lab type and often repeats the first lab type that I do not need because it was recently done resulting in unnecessary extra tests to try and get the second lab I’m trying to complete because of how the standing orders transfer to their system. Hoping it doesn’t result in extra out of pocket costs since I have an HDHP health plan which seems to be covering the labs for now. In my previous city the lab was a part of the health/hospital group instead of sending it out to a third party so this concept is relatively new to me as I never had this issue before with a couple of standing orders for lab work. Staff are always nice and friendly which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1.

  Ohio health resorting to quest labs is an insult to every client. Nice to be a Monopoly
