Reception sent my rx right to my email. Wait time was moderate. Location convenient. We did not enjoy the tablet check in forms and inputting our insurance info ourselves. I feel the receptionist should do that. The tablet screen was super sticky and gross

The doctor is very transparent and the women there who help are nothing short of amazing. I can not say enough about this place. I would deal with them over anyone else hands down.
