Don't go 30 minutes before closing. They will not see you.

I went there for a check up to see if I had the flu or if it was just viral they tested me told me it was 55$ and only charged 30$ and the sent me a bill a month later for 30$ do not recommend terrible billing policies and this is the second time they have done this

I took my daughter in on Saturday who had a sore throat, congestion and fever. I scheduled an appt online and checked in 10 mins early at the clinic. They were an hour behind getting us and then misdiagnosed her! The NP swabbed her for strep (bad swab) and said it was negative. 3 days later my daughter is worse and I take her in to her pediatrician and she tested positive for strep. SMH! WE WILL NEVER BE BACK!! What a joke!

Just be careful. I went to this location to get a tetenus shot. They were very clear at the costs associated with the visit, and I paid in full at the time of service. The staff also was extremely good at answering all of my questions concerning the ingredients of the shot as well as administering the shot (I could barely feel it! REALLY!!!) The concern I had was subsequent to the visit. They sent me a bill for an additional $60. When I tried to rectify it, I was on hold for 12 minutes (that feels like a very long time when you're upset). To their credit, they did take it off the bill, but I just wanted to warn others that this could happen and not to let them get away with it. Full disclosure: I threatened to post an online review of their unfair billing practice before giving them a chance to change it, and (perhaps in part, as a result of my threat?) they did not hesitate to write off the additional charge. I decided to post this honest review because if I had missed this bill (I had thought it was junk mail since I knew I owed them nothing) and it had gone into collections, I would have "owed" that $60 plus any other collections charges they may have added. So...this is your fair warning as to their potential unfair billing practices, and what you might do if it happens to you.
