- MJMichael JenkinsJan 31, 20261.0I had a terrible experience with the practitioner today. His demeanor was condescending and he blamed me. He said my insurance was not valid and said he couldn't help me. I asked he to look again and he really couldn't care less...he didn't even give me the option to pay out of pocket until I suggested it. Then he told me I couldn't go back with my wife because he wasn't comfortable with me when I was just trying to get him to understand my point. I won't go back.
- JMJuleine Ly MillerNov 28, 20221.0The gentleman that checked me in was kind but the doctor that was in named Erin Jeffrey was very non apologetic and had the worst demeanor towards me. I was seen today for what I’m guessing was laryngitis (not having a voice), nausea, vomiting phlegm, ear ache, sore throat and body aches. Basically like a train hit me and took my voice with it. I’ve been sick for over a week and mind you without a voice. I was told by dr Erin Jeffrey that I was yelling at her and to leave her office and that all I need was so mucinex and cough medicine. She said that all while shoving my coat to me when I was blowing my nose and spitting up in her trash can. That I wasn’t sick enough and just needed rest. What I don’t understand is why she escalated things by saying I was yelling when I can barely talk, let alone whisper to her. She probably didn’t want to deal with anyone who’s actually sick and wanted me out as fast as possible and told me that I didn’t have to come to her clinic and that no one made me go there. Extremely rude. She should reconsider her profession if she doesn’t like dealing with sick people and her lack of patient care or service. I would recommend anywhere besides this clinic or dr Erin Jeffrey.
