They ran over 40 minutes past the schedule time and only had one customer in there. They completed the stigmatism test which we were charged for, but none of the process was explained. Will never return.

However, I never received any trial contacts. Instead, I’ve been receiving bills for months from a person who doesn’t even live here. I’ve called this office multiple times to explain the discrepancy and ask for my contacts. I was assured that they would mail them directly to my house, but they never do. Essentially, I’ve spent the cost of the exam without any results. It’s quite frustrating.
