Although Dr. Very professional, there was major confusing when prescribing Pain patch originally was on five MG’s called and also went in for an appointment telling them this did not help my pain. I was then told they would increase it after I continued the 5 mg for two more weeks . I was told by the nurse that they would increase it to seven, I do meds by mail so it originally takes a week or so to receive my medication. Nurse submitted the wrong prescription as Champ VA Notified me that this prescription should have been generic, resulting in no medication for a week. When I called the nurse told me I would have to start all over with The first prescription which did not affect my pain at all that would have been another month of living in pain. I have scoliosis and degenerated disc. I was told I could receive a brace after repeated calls, and actually going into the office, no calls and no response. I am now going back to my primary doctor Would not recommend this facility to anyone

Horrible place , can’t even call and get ahold of these people!! I’m 26 and have a tremendous amount of health issues , and one of the drs kept mentioning my age saying I’m too young to have health issues. I had a recent hernia repair surgery and I told her that and she acted like she didn’t believe me after I told her they did indeed give me pain medicine because I was miserable . She made me sign a release of information paper to my surgeon and my neurologist. So rude !! One Dr before this one gave me pain patches and then after the 4 weeks I had to go back and then all that happened and she cut me off cold turkey (bc I’m too young to have health issues) . That’s okay because I now go to the pain specialist on woodman Dr , they are amazing , anybody in need of a great pain specialist look into getting an appointment there !

This place is to be avoided at all costs. Your first couple of appointments go well then turn horribly wrong after them. After signing a release for my medical records (which I own) to be sent to my new pain manager before I can be seen. It has been over 3 weeks and still no records have been sent. Next call will be an attorney since in February I fell in their property and was hurt badly since their sidewalk that was not treated.

I would like to commend Lisa on her outstanding skills! She knows how to read ones chart and share with the office (violation hippa) but I heard about everybody else's information just sitting there in the waiting room because she felt like she had to put people in pain down, I'm pretty sure I think it made her feel better about herself or her home life (which I heard about as well) . But I will say she was never so kind to me as the day that Dr. Syllaba and I separated our ways because she already knew that Dr. Syllaba was no longer going to treat me. I would like to absolutely give Dr. Syllaba 5 stars for acknowledging my pain and always treating me with respect and dignity. But by the time you get to the doctor it is exhausting, trying to call or speak with him or the nurse, front office staff treats you in such a condescending way you just want to get out of there. I also would like to commend Kristen his former medical assistant that was very kind and knowledgeable.
