  This was my 1st experience visiting Lencrafters, Centerville, Ohio. Shortly after entering the store I was greeted by Margeau. She was working with another customer and excused herself to wecolme me. She gave me a glasses box and directed me to the area to look at frames then went directly back to the customer she was originally helping. When I finished choosing 5 frames that I was intrested in (about 10 minutes later) she directed me to a seat while she finished with her current customer. Margeau was very professional and knowledgeable, working with me to get my new persciption and account set up. She was very personable and a joy to work with. I would highly recommend this Lencrafters store and definitely highly recommend Margeau. Respectfully thank you.

  My first experience at LensCrafters was excellent! I was examined by the eye doctor followed by purchasing corrective lenses using my old frames. Everything was explained in detail. I will definitely return if I need future help!

  I made the mistake of recommending them to my mom ...who needed new glasses. It was a mistake. She hated everything about the glasses and they did let us switch frames. But they put the bifocal too low so she has to lift up her glasses to read. We brought them back a few days after getting them and the kid worked on them ...tried a few things and said if would take days to feel right since the glasses had caused an abrasion. When she said they still were awful I brought her back and the guy said the gave her bs suggestions and said we were past the time to return. I reminded him she'd had them only a week but they go buy the time of purchase. She paid over 300 for glasses she can't use. So wearing her old glasses. I was furious.

  Adriana was very helpful and efficient during a transaction that might have been more lengthy and detailed than what is typical. We were ordering updated lenses for four different sets of eyeglasses which serve four different functions for me. She was able to answer all of my questions, and gave detailed information for each pair. Thank you, Adriana at the Dayton Mall location. -- Dr. Mark S.

  I had an absolutely fantastic experience at LensCrafters on Miamisburg-Centerville Road in the Dayton Mall, and it all started with a chance conversation. I first met a gentleman named Mario, who I later learned is the assistant manager at this location. I complimented him on the glasses he was wearing and jokingly mentioned that it would be even better if they were actually prescription. He smiled and told me they were prescription and said if I was serious about that particular model, I should stop by his store and check them out. They were the Ray-Ban Wayfarer smart glasses that record video, and I was immediately intrigued. When I stopped in, Mario was helping another client, but he made sure I was taken care of and introduced me to Liz, who turned out to be incredible. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Liz carefully walked me through the sizing details, making sure the millimeter fit was correct and that the frames sat perfectly once I selected the pair I liked. She took the time to explain the entire process so I felt completely confident in my decision. The biggest surprise came when Liz checked my insurance and let me know that the glasses were partially covered. I originally thought this location wasn’t even on my insurance provider list, so that was an awesome bonus. Between Mario’s initial recommendation and Liz’s outstanding customer service, the entire experience was top-notch from start to finish. I couldn’t be happier with how everything was handled, and now I’m counting down the days until my new glasses arrive in about 10 days. If you’re looking for knowledgeable staff, great service, and a team that genuinely cares about getting things right, this LensCrafters location is absolutely worth the visit. Highly recommend.
