I’ve never had an issue until today. EMILY in the pharmacy is rude and unprofessional.

Rude staff and uninformed pharmacist - am taking both my prescription orders and grocery shopping elsewhere. First gave us the wrong medication that really adversely affected my husband. Then, on the other prescription - that would have helped counteract that, I might add - we were told it would be ready at 10, wasn't ready at 10, then were told noon, wasn't ready at noon, then told 2 because they were really busy. Fine, but don't tell us 3 different incorrect times that has made us have to re-arrange our busy day as well. So irresponsible...

Horrible. I always recieve texts for pick up. I show up and it hasn't even begun getting filled, once again. I receive a text to pick up my script. Today and go to pick it up suprise, suprise, not only did she take the other lane before me even though I was waiting in line first, they don't even have the medication there. I was told they can transfer it to another store or wait two days for the shipment to come in. Don't waste your time. I will be finding a new pharmacy.

Still dumbfounded about the experience I’ve had here after years of using them. Stopped in to pick up a prescription that should’ve been filled 5 days earlier (had done the automated service), and was told, “We don’t have it.”...Ok, so when are you going to get it. “We don’t know, it’s back ordered.”...Ok. No one had called to tell me this valuable nugget of info...The conversation continues, there might be some in Miamisburg, but you can call your doctor to have them prescribe something else. What?!?? (This is a blood pressure med btw..NOT something you just change on a whim. The pharmacist should know this.) The next day the Miamisburg pharmacist told me the same thing...”just call your doctor on Monday and have them change it.” UNBELIEVABLE! I was under the impression that this common “sartan” med didn’t exist anymore. What they didn’t mention, is that instead of not having anything for days, I could’ve just called any OTHER pharmacy to see if they have it...which after one phone call, I discovered Walgreens had it. So basically corporate policy is to let the patient struggle without their meds instead...eh...stroke out on your own...instead of referring out. UNREAL.
