- NRNikki RogersOct 13, 20255.0Certified Nurse Practitioner Brittany and receptionist Laurie were both efficient, friendly, and helpful. Made an online appt and was seen immediately. My finger cuticle injury with infection was textbook, and CNP Brittany discussed the relative benefits of warm water soaks and topical bandages in addition to the oral antibiotic I needed after 10 days of trying to ignore my stupid self-induced injury. I had the rx filled at the pharmacy right there in Kroger, eady peasy. CNP Brittany also mentioned my blood pressure reading and encouraged me to keep track of it and read up on new guidelines that suggest medical concerns at lower pressures than in the past. Her manner was helpful, not preachy or judgemental. I am glad to have a realized that this Little Clinic location is so near my home. They helped me address my annoying injury without spending a whole day getting it checked. I hope others have such a good experience as I did today.

She changed her tune in front of the physician assistant. If you’re going to have someone sit at the front desk to assist customers, you should make sure their personality is friendly and helpful. Like they want to be there.
