- KWKevin WagnerNov 28, 20251.0Apparently you have to give at least one star in order to leave a review, but they don't even deserve one star. We checked in at 2:37pm for a fly shot and given an appointment for 2:45pm at the end of the process. Being 7 minutes away, we stood there. The oh so cheerful lady never took us back, in fact, said we left. Never recognizing her own mistake or apologizing for it. She sucks. So does this clinic. -5 stars.
- CPCody PhippsOct 13, 20251.0I had my insurance card number but couldn't be seen without the actual card for proof. Made me feel like they didn't believe I had insurance. I never get seen and finally scheduled something routine and had a horrible experience.

- AMAndrea MartinAug 27, 20245.0Wonderful experience. Love making appointments online. Everyone was so kind to my 4 year old. Angel and Jaylen were fantastic. Took my concerns seriously and it was SO MUCH easier than going to our traditional DR. Update to say we went back 6 months later and saw Shauna. Had another wonderful experience. She was so great with my (4) daughter, and the service was prompt and helpful.
- SSSherri SwabbAug 25, 20231.0I made an appt online for a flu vaccine. Completed the registration ONLINE - all.the parts. Then arrived for my appt. Had to provide my ID and Insurance card for confirmation - ok....but then asked to RECOMPLETE my registration at the kiosk. OK...AGAIN. I sit down to wait, another lady comes in several min after me, registers , sits down next to me and chats my ear off for 10 min - the NP comes out, gets the OTHER lady and takes her back for a vaccine - lady leaves. NP then goes into a room with someone else....now I've literally registered twice and waited for 27 min for a procedure that takes 2 min MAX! This is ridiculous. I leave. Not again Little Clinic....not again. If you aren't going to make an attempt to meet the scheduled appt time - then just don't allow people to set appts. This sets false expectations.
