  I am very pleased with the care I received from Dr.K Paley and his staff. I had screws & a plate removed from my Rt leg from a previous surgery . I was told that the screws were loose and needed to come out and the results would relieve pain and discomfort when trying to walk the removal will also prevent any complications from occurring. I am now 2 days post op and I am free of pain and am able to stand now and have no pain I am so happy that I chose Dr.Paley and chose to have this procedure done I believe in this surgeon and his expertise for surgery and would recommend him to everyone

  12/19/2025 Call in to schedule initial appointment , the person who answer the phone to schedule was very rude and difficult. So I decide another place to provide service for my needs

  I had surgery on 26 Mar 2025 and have had no contact with my surgeon on two post-surgical follow up appointments. My concern was that I was suffering from severe back pain the symptoms I was experiencing prior to surgery. I talked with Dr. Tigyer's assistant, and she left the exam room without even directing any response to reason for my pain. That afternoon on Jul 8th, the office of Dr Tigyer called the VA Community Care Network with some questions they had no answer, so the Care Center called me, I had no answer for the strange phone call. Then I scheduled an appointment to get a second opinion and the questions I had were soon coming to light. I can now say I have a back surgeon and team that I can speak with and REALLY GET THE ANSWERS I NEED CONCERNING MY HEALTH If I could give Dr. Tigyer "NO STAR RATING" I WOULD. POOR PROVIDER

  I had to travel to my home town Dayton, OH from the Carolinas after 3 weeks of knee replacement surgery. I wanted my PT recovery to continue while in town. They were able to keep me on track. I highly recommend Orthopedics Surgeon PT.
