  I got my hearing aids 3 years ago. It has been a life changing experience. Jamie walked me through the testing and selecting of the hearing aids. She is extremely helpful and nice to work with. They are very helpful whenever an issue arises. I have had nothing but great care from them.

  NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH!!! Booked an appointment online and was planning to take my father in to get seen and "Veronica" from the Miamisburg, OH store location called a day before to get a bunch of information about my father. I informed her it wasn't a good time and we would come in early and she got rude and snappy and said she needed the info NOW! So, I cancelled the appointment and she said fine and hung up on me. WARNING: DO NOT DO BUSINESs WITH!!!

  I’ve been seeing Jamie for many years. She’s been so helpful with my hearing needs. Her kindness and caring is top notch. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would.

  I would give 10 stars if I could. I've been seeing Jamie Rice since 2012 and would never go anywhere else. I have had multiple pair of hearing aids through Miracle Ear and have never been let down by the aids, the staff, or the service in the office. The office gets me right in if I need anything special or am having any issues, and they schedule me for regular cleanings and hearing tests. You will love how you are treated at this location if you need help with your hearing.

  I don't like high pressure sales nor do I like to be have one try to sell me hearing aids this way above what I need.
