Booked an appointment online and was planning to take my father in to get seen and "Veronica" from the Miamisburg, OH store location called a day before to get a bunch of information about my father. I informed her it wasn't a good time and we would come in early and she got rude and snappy and said she needed the info NOW! So, I cancelled the appointment and she said fine and hung up on me. WARNING: DO NOT DO BUSINESs WITH!!!

- GDGerald DruinSep 4, 20255.0First thing is I have to say that I was not particularly interested in wearing hearing aids. All the ones I have ever seen were very noticeable. After the hearing test I was shown the new hearing aids that Miracle-Ear had and they they looked good I was very comfortable. Everybody was fantastic very friendly and very helpful and took time to explain everything that we were doing. I have been using my Miracle Ear hearing aids now for 2 weeks and they were matched perfectly for me and the needs that I have. I can answer my phone hang the phone up turn the volume up or down listen to my music stream and even adjust how sensitive the hearing aids are to surrounding environment. I am really amazed at how well they work. If you think that you might need hearing aids or to get a free hearing test this is the place to go.
