- SSSabrina SullivanDec 8, 20255.0HUGE shout out to Kroger today!! I was supposed to have a script picked up from Meijer this evening. I got there about 6pm and they said it was not ready and would hopefully be there tomorrow. I asked if they even had a partial script as this medicine was EXTREMELY important and they did not. I ended up calling Kroger at 6:25pm and explained the situation. They said they had my med in stock and they would call Meijer and get it together for me ASAP. By 7pm, they had it almost finished and ready to go. I was able to pick it up bu 7:25pm and now my stress is greatly diminished. Meijer said they did not think it would be possible to transfer it to any pharmacy and still get it filled... well Kroger proved them wrong!! Thank you so much to the pharmacist and to the tech, Joseph, that got me taken care of tonight. You both have no idea how important this was 💜
- ABangela benedictNov 25, 20251.0Everytime I go to pick up meds they say it will be the next day after 2pm. Next day after 2pm I get told the same thing again. I'm also disabled and their drive thru window is always broke. I don't want to walk into the store and then I have to find a power scooter and then pray it's not busy cause people will cut in front of me 😡 most of the workers are rude and won't even help with questions. Absolutely went to crap once they got in the new building..
