- SCSam ClarkMar 7, 20262.0It's a pharmacy that is always busy has a line and the staff they move at a turtles pace. They may not even have what you need and make you wait a day or 2. Definitely not like any other pharmacy slow and more slow.

- ALAmanda LFeb 28, 20261.0I hardly ever write bad reviews (check out my reviews) and always give the benefit of the doubt bc I'm chill and I understand stuff happens but I have been here for yearssss. Even since the new woodman opened. This is by far the worst damn pharmacy and staff in Dayton!! ever!!! They never get meds right, never on time, they even pull them off the being filled list, they do not check messages and have even miscounted pills! I have went through 4 times today! 4!!!! Being told different things and different times. Don't forget how they always randomly close the drive thru!!!!!! I'm over it, we will all be changing to cvs after I sit here waiting for the 5th time today. Pay attention to why they have literally 2 stars!!!! Take ur meds elsewhere guys.

I have tried to be transferred to speak with someone over the phone three different times today, no one will answer. I left a voicemail three hours ago and no one has called back.
- BABigBang ArmoryFeb 1, 20263.0Its great when the drive thru windows are "working". They often close the drive thru to restrict the amount of people they have to help at once. Its the same reason the ice cream machine is "broke" at McDonald's after midnight. They just dont want to have to do both. Just super inconsiderate. I know this because they use the same trash paper to notify that the drive thru is "broke" at the pharmacy. Its not broke they are just wanting to not be as busy. I may also know this secret from a worker.
