They're kind, efficient and have done an excellent job remaining so during the pandemic (no small feat). I try to call beforehand, so I know for certain that my prescriptions are ready before I wait in line. That gives me a chance to verify information/changes/anything they might need to know. It also lets the staff know to expect me. Not to sound preachy but; kindness and patience are FREE, and yelling at an employee, who's ultimately only trying to help you, in a Kroger pharmacy earns you ZERO GOODWILL.

Once they answered and immediately put me on hold then hung up, another few times they picked up the phone and immediately hung up, and the rest of the times they sent me to a non-functional voicemail. Horrible customer service.
