  I’ve been to this location in particular a few times, and have actively avoided other hospitals in favor for this one… every single person is so kind, caring, attentive and patient. Sure wait times can take a little while but it’s a hospital, not a 5 star restaurant. Personally I’ve never even had to wait all that long! No matter the time, the workers are so kind and caring, and determined to help you, even if you don’t understand what’s wrong yet. I’m chronically ill and will continue to attend this location when I’m in need for emergency care, thank you to every single staff at Kettering health ❤️

  Grandview ER was amazing! From check-in nurses , custodial, x-ray technicians to doctors unbelievable care & compassion. To Dr Lakes & all the rest of Grandview staff( I should have written down names) I can’t say thank you enough! I will continue to sing praises to anyone who will listen!

  The doctor told me that I was lying About holding my breath when I wasn't breathing. When in there for heart pains and short breath. The doctor tried to say that I had a seizure and I didn't have a seizure.
