  My husband was admitted to Grandview Hospital from being transported from an ER in a neighboring town. The ER scans showed concerns with his vertebral and carotid arteries plus some calcification in his LAD and aorta arteries. The ER insisted he be transported by ambulance because he needed to have a monitors hooked to him the entire way. After arriving at approximately midnight nurses came in a checked his blood pressure and blood sugar about three times each. He was never hooked up to any monitors. The hospitalist on duty finally came in around 4 AM and basically introduced himself. Then shift change came so the next hospitalist came in at approximately 9 AM and said well everything looks good so we’re releasing you. See on an after visit summary from I’m assuming a nurse not really sure by the name, but it stated that he was there for uncontrolled type 2 diabetes. It seems as if the hospital didn’t really even read the report from the ER. How in the world can you get two conflicting reports from medical professionals. Then to say the main reason he was there was for his type 2 diabetes is insane. Medical professionals need to get the rack together and if they’re not qualified to be there then fire them, and get someone competent to replace them.

  Patient I was visiting received great care. Staff were awesome. Environment was very clean. Overall a great experience amidst a emergent need for care

  Horrible customer care do not care about their clients. Makes their clients wait on their on their medication. You get penalized when you say anything about it.

  everyone who took care of me was super kind & that was the most quick and easy ER experience i've ever had. my only complaint is that the parking lot/campus is so dark and lowkey creepy at night 😂 but overall good experience and thankful for the staff that was working tonight!

  This was my favorite hospital until I visited the last time and was discharged without a safe plan. I'm paralyzed, homeless, living in a car, and when I refused discharge without a safe discharge plan, they illegally still discharged me. You can find my FB and see the entire live footage of their wrongdoing. I got it all on FB live so....
