  The Phlebotomist at the Howe Rd. location, Karen, is Wonderful!!! I have been going there a few times a year over the last several years. She is nice and professional. I have never had a problem with a blood draw from her!! I have been to the location in Montrose also. Their Phlebotomist is Great as well!!

  Horrible. I set one of my employees up for a drug screen and it says their hours are 10 am to 1 pm Monday - Friday and Saturday 8 am to 11 am on the donor pass I created for her. However, online it says Wednesday 6:30–11:30 AM, 12–2 PM, Thursday 6:30–11:30 AM, 12–2 PM, Friday 6:30–11:30 AM, 12–2 PM, Saturday 7 AM–12 PM, Monday 6:30–11:30 AM, 12–2 PM, Tuesday 6:30–11:30 AM, 12–2 PM. My employee went there at 10 am and no one was at the desk. When you call their number, there is no option to talk with anyone and the voicemail says you don't need an appointment. However she got there and there was no option to check in without an appointment. And someone should have been there because according to both hours online and on the donor pass, they would be open. If you call the number and try to schedule an appointment on there, the soonest appointment option they had was 7 days out which is crazy. And it said they had an appointment time at 12 AM which is clearly wrong. I went online and even tried to schedule an appointment on their website (which it says also on their voicemail you can do) and then when I was on the website it said you cannot make appointments online for any of the nearby locations. This business is beyond horrible and I will not be sending employees here ever again.

  The white blonde older lady is very rude and disrespectful for no reason. Had an attitude for no reason. Terrible service would not recommend.

  My appointment started 45 minutes after it was supposed to. I was only told that they only accept physical papers orders after my wait when my provider said otherwise.
