I love this location! Brad was so helpful and took the time to bring me new glasses once he understood the vibe I like. They are so helpful

This review is for the LensCrafters store at Portage Crossing in Cuyahoga Falls, OH.
Dr. Susan Daris performed my eye exam. Dr. Daris is absolutely fantastic!! She was friendly yet professional, very courteous. Dr. Daris took the time to explain each phase of the exam and explained things to me without talking “down” to me. Also, the young ladies at the reception desk were great as well. After my exam, I was shown to their showroom of frames. Brad Fowler was the Optician that helped me. Brad is very knowledgeable with his job. Brad again was very patient with me. He showed me several types of frames until I found one I really liked. Brad then spent at the least (30) minutes, if not more, going over all the numbers for me for the options available with the glasses. After I finally made a decision on my new pair of glasses, Brad then fully explained each payment option available combined with the store specials. I will without a doubt and no hesitation whatsoever, highly recommend this LensCrafters store to everyone I know!! Again, a HUGE shoutout to Dr. Daris and Brad!!!! They are the ones that made buying glasses a pleasure and not a chore!!!

My husband & I stopped in to ask a question. We were immediately greeted by three of the friendliest people! Even though they couldn’t perform the service we were inquiring about, Brad went above & beyond & offered to clean & adjust my husband’s glasses all for no charge. Their amazing customer service truly wowed us!

Had my Randolph sunglasses damaged at a music festival a few weeks back, the two temple parts were completely bent and a pad went missing. I was in and out within 5 minutes thanks to Brad. He got them straightened out and replaced both the pads, free of charge! If I could give this business 6 stars I would. Thanks again Brad!

DO NOT COME HERE.
BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL. My right contact was torn. I called them to ask for replacement. They had one in stock. Drove all the way there and girl behind counter would not give me it because my prescription was TWO DAYS EXPIRED! I’m legally blind and the pure lack of common decency is absurd.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
