  Dr. Grygo is the worst doctor I've ever seen. If you call with a health problem she never calls back. She sent my medications to the wrong pharmacy that was 2 hours away from where I live.

  This really isn't a medical practice, in realistic terms, it's more like a medical hobby shop. The office staff is inept and untrained in simple tasks, since Dr. Mumma retired, his replacement seems determined to simply waste patient's time and pad Genesis' pockets by ordering unnecessary tests and evaluations ignoring the notes of Dr. Mumma and all other physicians who have seen the patient.

  Called in next day after treatment and never got a call back! They prescribed eye drops that didn’t work and never returned my call ! It’s eye drops not pain medicine !
