  I called in for a reoccurring health issue and there was no openings in the tricounty area. Instead of just calling in an antibiotic they told me my best bet would be urgent care (3 X my deductible) 😡 Been with them since. . . . forever and this is how I am treated. I am a nurse and kinda know what I need. They blew me off, I would have went where ever and saw whoever to get what I need. Sounds like big money instead of family practice.

  Me and my man called in three time and was told we get a call back an never did so I called the nurse line cause I was upset and the nurse on the line was really rude my boyfriends been trying to get in for months to get a brain scan and no one wants to help they are just being very disrespectful
