  They only do physical here Monday and Wednesday. Appointment only. I highly recommend you find another location. I never had a dot physical that made you get in your underwear and put a hospital gown on to check your skin before. The measured my height and tried to claim I was few inches shorter then what I was. My previous physical, my drivers license my 2nd opinion had my proper height this place didn’t, then they proceeded to measure my neck, They left so much space I can fit my hand in there, to force a outcome. When the doctor came in first thing she said is why ain’t you in your gown and I can only give you 6month you need a sleep study done. She never even finish the exams before giving a fair assessment. I ran for the door. Her mind was pre determined before she even walked through the door and met here. I’m hoping other drivers would stand up so we can get a lawsuit going.

  I would love to speak to someone in charge and tell them about my experience. I will also be contacting the Health Department about how awful this place is.

  I called in after waiting until the last minute for a physical for my son and was treated with so much kindness by Emily. She let me know availability to get him scheduled for the last day of free physicals. Even after I had to cancel and reschedule for later in the day, we were treated with kindness. The nurse was so kind as well. I brought in our partially completed forms that my printer had messed up, Emily reprinted them for me and the nurse filled in the information I already had too! The NP was so kind and made my son feel comfortable as well, clearly explaining everything he had to check. Thank you all so much for your kindness, quick response, and for helping us take care of this!
