Can you guys come to Zanesville? Seriously…..
My fiancée brought me in to get checked out for a potential injury. Checked in, taken back in a room, examined by the doctor and medicated, and referred to another site for additional testing all the same day in less than 3 hours.
You go to Zanesville and you wait hours upon hours and all to just be treated like nothing you’re experiencing is serious.
It’s why we made the trip to the coshocton ED.
Wonderful staff all around, Dr. king was great and very personal, down to earth and friendly. He explained everything clearly and seemed genuinely interested in helping and making sure everything was alright.
The RN, I cannot remember her name, but she was fantastic and again, down to earth and friendly, seemed actually concerned about your health.
I’d make the trip again from zanesville to coshocton 10/10 times to actually be taken seriously and cared for.
My fiancée and I thank everyone for everything they did for me.

Worst experience I have had here last night.
They were quick with their service and the nurse(s) seemed to be good. But the doctor didn’t seem to give a shit. No ivfluids offered, told me my bloodwork and results were all normal. Shoved some medicine my way and sent me home. Meanwhile I have three abnormal test results sitting in my chart online, was having lower running blood pressure, and several concerning symptoms that my specialist requested me going to the er prior to my appointment. Very disappointed and hope my follow up with my specialist is better service providing answers.

Im very unhappy with my experience here in Coshocton. I guess when I went in it was almost shift change so I didn't receive any care other then a young doctor named Michael that stood there and for maybe four or five minutes and listened to me trying to explain what I was going threw.he pretty much acted like I couldn't possibly be having these issues . I did do one lab test and was told I would get a call. Well I never have got a call to this day. I got on the web site only to see that he clearly misdiagnosed me and said things that were not true ! I'm very upset and still suffering and I'm honestly thinking of talking to my attorney about this so called doctor.i definitely do not think he cared at all about my issue and for the life of me would love to know why he even became a doctor. It's such a same because I was very excited to have the new mini hospital in town. But being treated like that I doubt that I will ever go back.

Very unhappy my husband was diagnosed with a hemorrhoid here at Genesis Coshocton and got no better. Got very sick. Come back here a second time they didn't do much for him again ,we did not leave happy again!!! Went to Coshocton Regional medical center and they found he had a boil on his bottom and sepsis in his body that Genesis neglected to find. He was in Coshocton Regional for 5 days on antibiotics and had to have a minor surgery to release infection out of the boil. Coshocton Regional said his situation was life threatening. So sad that Genesis did not find my husband's problem, and so thankful that Coshocton Regional Medical Center found the problem and got my Husband better!!!! Needless to say will not EVER go to Genesis Coshocton EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

My husband ended up in the ER twice in one month. Both time for sudden onset of kidney failure. They did a great job stabilizing him, and transporting to zanesville. As a bonus, the ct scan they ran picked up the fact his sore hip has no fluid in it. So hip replacement in the new year. But that really was a good thing, in the long run.
