  I have experienced ongoing issues with this office. Nearly two years ago, I had a procedure done and was never informed that my insurance would not cover it. I was initially given a “predicted bill” of $1,500, which later increased to $2,800 without clear explanation that I am now stuck paying out of pocket. In addition, the billing office has been extremely frustrating to deal with. I am enrolled in a monthly payment plan that is supposed to be automatically withdrawn from my account. However, they periodically stop withdrawing the payment without notifying me. I only become aware when I receive threatening collection-style letters in the mail. When I call to ask why the automatic payments stopped (despite no changes to my bank account) the staff is consistently rude and unhelpful. I don’t understand why a simple phone call or notification isn’t made when a payment fails instead of allowing the situation to escalate unnecessarily. Overall, the lack of communication, billing transparency, and professionalism has been very disappointing.

  Great experience, I’ve been going there for a while. Everybody’s So great, Especially Jen Couldn’t ask for a better a person to take care of you. Keep up the great work guys.

  Dr. Stehle and his entire staff are excellent to work with. The level of professionalism, trust and quality of care put you at ease. Not looking for to the work I need done, but am very confident and comfortable with who is providing it. Highly recommended .

  I have been going to these guys for about five years now. It started with gum issues which within a year to year and a half was much better without surgery and now is pretty much under control with semi annual visits and better dental hygiene that they turned me into. The team is very competent.

  I've been a patient of Dr. Stehle/Periodontology Inc. for over a decade. Everyone is always very professional, pleasant, and friendly. Every issue has been promptly and successfully addressed, and with tremendous empathy. I can honestly say, I look forward to my appointments!
