- CSChristina SmithOct 20, 20255.0The staff has worked with me so well while I was in between insurance. They were able to find me the cheapest out of pocket deal. I used to go to CVS and they didn’t personalize their customers the way that Walgreens does. I love this place!

He didn't greet me or even respond to my hello, just asked for my birthday, I asked about the price and he very quickly repeated the price, no explanation, just stood there, starring at me. I mentioned that I thought there were only going to be 2 prescriptions instead of 3 that he listed, he didn't respond, he starred at me and gave me a long blink. One of the rudest customer experiences I've had, and I need to be really bothered to write a review about it... kinda feel bad, but that is just unacceptable behavior. I'm there for my first round of antidepressants and am a little anxious even to start, that kind of interaction is literally the worst thing for me right now. Still haven't picked up my prescription. I'm trying to reach out to get them sent somewhere else.

If you need assistance or have questions or concerns DO NOT get your medication from this pharmacy… SERIOUSLY. They’re rude in person, they’re rude on the phone and have absolutely no compassion or understanding. I hope people see this so they know to avoid this horrible place. - IF YOU CANT FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GO… always choose the choice of talking to someone even though they are unfortunately unaware of what customer service is.. ALWAYS refil your script with a person.
