- RWRita WhiteJan 3, 20265.0I have been going here so nice 2010. The pharmacists are ready to answer all questions. The wait time in the drive thru can take a bit longerif there are several car in line.. in a hurry, going inside is much faster.

I experienced unprofessional behavior and it really affected me to the point of never going back to their kroger pharmacy. I am waiting in the drive-thru to pick up my medication and once I get to my turn in line I wait a minute. Normally people call right off the bat for service but I figured she might be busy. I then rang it and she answered and yelled " Give me a second! I'm typing something" So unprofessional and extremely rude. It really shocked me how abrupt and rude that was when she could not politely tell me to hold on one moment.

They can't help that many people go to this pharmacy because they are efficient. Each time I go they are patient and ask if I have any questions. I have no complaints about this pharmacy.
- AAABDULRAHIM ABDULRAHIMJan 30, 20181.0Horrible Pharmacy never ever use this east broad kroger pharmacy un manner & careless employees have no skill talking ruffle they told me my medicine will be ready in 30 mints it took them 4 hours 30 mints i spoke to the manager she is going to look into the matter but so far no reply. i should give them 0 star. 2nd day i got a call from manager saying system was out for 4 hours 30 mints its unbelievable & going to send me a gift card. Am not greedy of their gift card they should train their employees how to talk with the customers.
