  I have twins, 2 different kids completely, both had the best experiences in 2 separate rooms. I don't know how much to thank you for making them so happy, comfortable, and even being so patient with my son while he was nervous for a few.

  My mother took my child in for her appt for me , this was her first appt with Hines little Smiles . My daughter was very much pleased and happy with her dentist . She enjoyed her self and looks forward to going back which isn’t Normal for her at the dentist office . We thank you for all your hard work . And for ensuring that my child was comfortable at her first visit with you all

  Dr Hines is not professional whatsoever. We were in for Cleaning check up x-rays. Had a follow up appointment the following week to start treatment three teeth one being pulled one being capped, one being filled on one of my sons. The plan was laughing gas when we arrive for our follow up.I was told she couldn't get a good picture for the x-ray after only trying one time. And was told he needs to be put under. why wouldn't they try to do this the week prior when we was there. Instead, she wasted our time after sitting in the lobby 45 minutes after our schedule appointment. Then to be told all that. I expressed everything above to her and she said she don't feel comfortable even talking to me when I was literally just trying to ask those questions. We have been gone here for two years never had issues like this. I would highly recommend if you want you Don't want your time wasted not to go in. Or see another dentist. Just got a call saying she is referring my other daughter that was scheduled next week. I said what about my other one she oh yeah we will refer her too. So very unprofessional a parent can't ask questions with out being put out. But glad she didn't waste my time again. Maybe she shouldn't have over booked. She definitely seemed busy. And I feel that's why we wasn't seen.
