I had scheduled this appointment on Friday for 930 Sunday morning and we arrived at nine. The receptionist young girl very nice. This wasn’t her fault but I’m very very upset that the nurse practitioner or nurse whoever was supposed to see him to take these staples out, had not arrived at the clinic and at this time it was already 940. The receptionist was very apologetic, but did not know where or when this person was coming in if you cannot run a clinic or don’t have the staff maybe you shouldn’t have one there this was very upsetting and very disappointing. Maybe you need a new nurse practitioner or someone else ever to over see this clinic.
