The Little Clinic is located right inside your neighborhood grocery store. Our board-certified nurse practitioners and physician assistants can diagnose and treat minor illnesses, administer vaccines, provide physicals and much more! Plus, we are open 7 days a week and we take most insurance plans.
I went here to get my 2-step TB tests completed for school for the past 2 years because this was the closest Kroger Little Clinic. Although requesting 2-step, I only received 1-step and I now have to go through the process all over again. There is never anybody at the front desk, and signing in takes so long. I could not recommend this Little Clinic any less.

Poor service overall will go to another location than morse rd location. I made two separate appointments for my wife and I to be seen at the clinic. My wife was just at the graceland location and is still battling strep after 2 different medicines. I am not sick just was getting tested to see if I am a strep carrier to keep family safe since everyone but me is on antibodies accept me and because my daughter was not sick but a carrier. Anyway we show up for our appointments. My wife and I were running late for her appointment but when we got their she was able to register as having an appointment. When she tried to put my info in for my appointment which was at 12:32 pm and my appointent was at 12:30pm the computer would not work. I got there at 12:34pm and tried to put info in but would not accept it because lady at desk deleted me out of system for walk in and tells me that I have to wait for lunch. She said he was here first. I asked about my appointment was told there was a line even though there was no one in waiting room. I am like why have an appointment system then. Shen then tells me that I needed to be on time. I tell her my wife was putting info in as you deleted it out of system. Well let me get with Dr to see if we can fit you in before lunch. Ok. Well Dr then sent walk in away. I am like cool its 12:40 pm so my wife can be seen. Another group of internationals walk in she tells them to leave and come back after 2pm. Okay my wife and I only need a swab for strep and you can't see another person. She asks us for our IDS and insurance. We did not have our insurance cards and she tells us we can't be seen because we don't have our insurance cards. You can call the provider guess not. They are Rude and they have terrible customer service skills. Its a wonder they stay in business wow.

The clinic almost always has same-day availability and it is a very quick and smooth process to set up an appointment and be seen. We have always had positive experiences here.

This place is horrible. I have now made 5 trips here all for a school physical. The first trip they told me they accepted insurance but the wait was over 3 hours and I had to work. So I left and came back at 8 a.m the next morning all for them to tell me insurance doesn't cover and of course I didnt have my purse. Come back Monday morning and now they are telling me I need shot records that the school already had so I had to leave yet again. I come today and everyone in the office called off today so someone from another store had to come resulting in a wait that exceeded over an hour in which of had to leave without a physical because I have to go to work. If the woman at the 1st trip would have told me correct information the 1st time and that I needed records I wouldn't be having to make another trip tomorrow.
