For weeks, I had been desperately trying to get in touch with someone in Dr. Cho's office to reschedule an eye surgery that I had to postpone due to an unexpected family emergency. Frustratingly, my calls had gone unanswered, leaving me feeling anxious and uncertain about my situation. But yesterday, to my immense relief, I finally spoke with Beth in the Dublin office. Her warm and friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease. She patiently explained that the delays were due to the end-of-year rush, which helped me understand the situation better. Beth assured me that she would have someone reach out to me within the hour. True to her word, Beth called me back right on time, bringing with her the good news that she had spoken directly with Dr. Cho. He was committed to doing everything he could to fit me into the schedule before January 1st. Words cannot adequately convey my gratitude and relief at finally making progress and having my concerns addressed. It felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders.

I had two superficial keratectomy procedures ( both eyes) to remove nodules that were blurring my vision - even with glasses. Dr. Litzinger was wonderful and has a great " chair side manner". I will return at some point for cataract surgery and would definitely recommend the facility! The whole team made me feel comfortable and at ease. And thank you Andrew too!

Starting with a warm, friendly welcoming from the First Impressions team, to a thorough and informative work up by Cindy, and an in depth education about surgery from Lindsay, the clinic experience was smooth from start to finish. On the day of my surgery, Amy gave me clear and concise expectations for after surgery, then Sam took me back into the pre op area to get me ready for the OR - she was such a warm and comforting presence in what could have easily been a very stressful environment! In the OR, the whole team is so prepared and professional and truly worked in unison to provide a seamless experience. And then wrapping up the experience in post op was Andrew, who is the exact calm and soft spoken personality you’d want right after surgery. What a great team, and great experience from top to bottom. So thankful for expertise of Dr. Litzinger and his team, and that I chose to have surgery at ReVision!
