From the front desk to Kearstin and Dr. Litzinger I know that I am being treated with respect, patience, and kindness with my best interest first. Dr. Litzinger actually made me pause to correct my dry eyes first before turning to the knife (as other professionals may) because he cares about my eye health much more than he cares about the money behind getting the procedure done. He and Kearstin go above and beyond to make me feel heard and they make a point to educate me through every step of the process. I would rate both of them higher if I could!
