- WWWensieJan 24, 20261.0Besides the part time front desk girls, and one instructor there is a mean girl vibe here. New owner is much of the same. Thinks it's a good idea to berate and speak down to people not interested in renewing membership.

Asked for package options got membership instead, poor explaining, poor customer service, fees. membership credit expire. It's a nightmare but if you can handle all that being in the class is wonderful!

They are super supportive an honestly keep me going through some of the tougher moves with their encouraging complements! There is a great community, all of the instructors make a great effort to know everyone's names! This place is always going to be 5 stars in my book!!
