I was with her and when confronted by the staff member, his only explanation was he couldn’t “see the parent waver on the computer” and implied that I lied and never signed one. We ended up canceling our memberships completely and the more I think about how my daughter was targeted the more upset it get. I am certain he didn’t realize I was there and felt he could bully her to purchase a different membership. He followed her around the gym and insisted that she come to the front desk immediately. As a parent, I’m horrified my child was targeted like this. This is completely unacceptable and honestly really disturbing. I’m reaching out to leadership to escalate this.

She is due in four days and it helped her a lot. The place is clean and I thank you so much for helping us out!!
