We welcome your current prescription, and work with all major health and vision plans including EyeMed, VSP and UnitedHealthcare. Many of our locations are now EyeMed PLUS Providers. Check with your EyeCare Center to see which insurance plans are accepted. Eye exams available at the independent doctor of optometry at or next to Pearle Vision. Doctors in some states are employed by Pearle Vision.

The wait time wasn’t too bad and the sign in process for new patients was seamless and hassle free using their tablet to take photos of my license and insurance card Etc. My only major complaint is certain insurance only covers their in house brand (frames) which has little to no choices that look good on me. So if you have CareSource be prepared to settle for the ugly frames. If you have UHC you can pick any frame you like except for Prada. That’s not Pearle Vision’s fault but was an aggravating experience nonetheless and worth mentioning so future customers are aware. I would recommend them to everyone and I will be attending annually from now on. Thanks!
