New! Everyone here is amazing and so kind, but there's one person in particular, Deoria. She's wonderful and helped me with my limited English. Thank you so much, Deoria, for all your help. God bless you! ♥️♥️

Very friendly and professional service. I am so happy with Pearl Vision, they took the time to help me find the right frames and go over in detail all of my lens options. Dr. Nolan explained test results very clearly. I am extremely satisfied.

The doctor was very nice and thorough. The staff was not unfriendly, but not exactly friendly either. I asked the optician if she could put my PD on my prescription as I don't have vision insurance and so buy my glasses online as their glasses are expensive. She told me that their policy was to only give that to me if I buy my glasses from them. I told her to forget it as I could pull my old prescription that the doctor had given me with the PD on it. She did reluctantly write it on my prescription. I don't blame her for following policy, but I would say that's a terrible policy. It appears that they only want you to have the correct lens if you buy from them. Very disappointing.

We had an appointment scheduled with our regular doctor, but when we arrived, another doctor saw us instead. We later saw on the prescription that her name was Denise Bell, but she did not introduce herself during the visit or explain why our original doctor was unavailable. During the appointment, she discussed my 13-year-old daughter’s diagnosis directly with her while I was sitting in the corner of the room. When I stood up to better understand what was being explained, I was told that I was interrupting. As the parent of a minor, I believe I have the right to be fully informed and involved in my child’s medical care. She then asked my daughter to go into another room to try new contact lenses. I followed to help her remove her lenses, but I was told there was not enough space for me. After inserting the new lenses, my daughter complained that her eyes were burning. We were told that the discomfort would pass, but it did not improve. When my daughter said she preferred her previous brand of lenses, the doctor responded by saying she had been practicing for 30 years and knew better. Additionally, we were told that all examination information would be emailed to us. It has now been about two weeks, and we have not received any follow-up communication. Professional experience is important, but communication, respect, and proper follow-up are essential—especially when treating a minor. Unfortunately, we did not feel comfortable or respected during this visit and will likely seek care elsewhere.
