- ASAustin ShaverMar 7, 20261.0This was my first visit to the office and I was greatly disappointed and will not return. First, the Office told me both mine, and my son‘s insurance was accepted. They went through with our exam and only after the exam informed that my son could not get glasses there as they did not accept his insurance. Why would you offer an exam and not tell me I can’t get glasses there? Secondly, when my son went back for his exam, I asked the doctor to have a conversation with him about the importance of brakes from VR headsets, and the damage you can do to your eyes. The doctor said “there isn’t much to talk about”, which is blatantly false. Lastly, the doctor issued me the wrong prescription which resulted in my glasses being over two months delayed and they still billed full price even though I asked for a discount. They tried to claim that my sugar was the issue, but I’ve had zero issues and have had my sugar checked. Clearly the doctor is not great at his profession and I would not recommend this place.
