We welcome your current prescription, and work with all major health and vision plans including EyeMed, VSP and UnitedHealthcare. Many of our locations are now EyeMed PLUS Providers. Check with your EyeCare Center to see which insurance plans are accepted. Eye exams available at the independent doctor of optometry at or next to Pearle Vision. Doctors in some states are employed by Pearle Vision.

I was trying to get clarity on whether my insurance covers a replacement but instead of a kind no. Renee kept berating me that I said no to the protection plan Pearle Vision has. I understand that I declined the protection plan because I do pay premium for my insurance, but a little kindness and understanding to the confusion would have gone a long way. Being publicly berated and told I should’ve chose the protection plan was unprofessional and to do it while surrounded by multiple customers was embarrassing. I wasn’t looking for a handout I was simply trying to understand why the glasses aren’t covered for a fall and Renee questioned the truth in that. Oh this was all in-front of my child who later asked why she was so mean.
